Easy Returns

Time Frame: You can return items within 30 days of receiving your shipment.

Items Eligible for Return

Most items purchased from JollyCarts.com are eligible for a return within 30 days, but there are some exceptions:

  • Gift cards (unless required by law)
  • Customized products
  • Certain health and personal care items
  • Some jewelry and special orders
  • Technology: Devices like computers and laptops can only be returned within 30 days.

Other Non-Returnable Items

  • Products without serial numbers or UPC
  • Grocery items
  • Items with special shipping restrictions

Special Instructions

Refunds: If you receive a refund but haven’t returned the item, you will need to initiate a return. Failing to return the item may result in a charge.

Guidelines for Correct Returns

Please make sure that the item you are returning is exactly what you intended to send back, both correct and complete. To qualify for a refund, the returned item must be the one originally purchased and complete.

We at Jolly Carts do not retain incorrectly returned items. Such items are typically donated or recycled if suitable. Should you accidentally return the wrong item, it’s important to contact our Customer Service promptly at customerservice@jollycarts.com. Please be aware that we cannot ensure the recovery of mistakenly sent items, and we do not provide refunds for them.

Return Labels

Each return label is unique to a specific return. Please do not mix items from different orders in the same return box.

Electronics

Remember to erase all personal information from electronic devices before returning them.

Return Charges

If you receive a refund and still possess the item, you must return it, or you will be charged. Once we receive the item back, any charges will be reversed.

Item Condition

Returned items must be the same brand name, listing, item description. It must be in new, unused condition of original purchase, unworn, unwashed, and include all original tags and packaging.

Exclusions

  • Items with removed or altered tags are not eligible for return.
  • Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued in the same method and amount as the original payment.

Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable, except when the remaining balance is less than $10.

Damaged or Unsafe Items: For health and safety reasons, items that are soiled or deemed unsafe for resale or donation will not be accepted for return and are considered non-refundable.

REFUNDS

Processing: Refunds are processed upon the receipt and inspection of the return. It may take 2 business days to process and 3 to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
