Free shipping on eligible items:
Most products purchased from Jolly Carts or jollycarts.com, are eligible for free shipping directly to your specified address, accompanied by valid tracking information. Please review your order details on ‘My Orders’ page and check for delivery updates by using the ‘Track’ button.
Paid shipping:
Additional shipping costs may apply to certain gift items, heavier products, and items requiring long-distance shipping. These costs will be detailed on the product page and, or during the checkout process.
Cancellation:
To cancel your order, please submit an order cancellation ticket through the ‘My Orders’ section, use the ‘Contact Us’ form accessible from your account, or email us directly at customercare@jollycarts.com as soon as possible or within 24 hours of the handling period if shipping has not yet begun. However, it’s important to be aware that cancellations for items already shipped (after 24 hours of checkout) will be processed as a return and refund item.
Shipping period:
Do not panic! Your order will arrive mostly within five to eight days. At times you may experience a delay due to unforeseen factors such as weather conditions, traffic, and other things. In such cases, please allow 48 hours for an extra delivery period.
